The exchange rate is 1 US dollar to R$2,30 now, but I don't get this rate if I go to the bank with a check, because that is a variant of the US dollar, like tourism and commercial. I get paid with commercial.. with is like 2.15 now. And for the exchange I pay USD$ 15.
