Spend some money. Money is a river that flows in a circle. If you restrict the flow by damning it up, you effectively stop the flow. The more freely you let it go, the more freely it will come back to you.

RIGHT NOW (DON'T WAIT!), go out and buy a pen that costs at least $20.00. That is your money pen. Use this pen to sign checks, contracts, etc. and always have it with you.
Next, come home and grab a nice clean sheet of paper. Finally, as neat as you can on that paper, write down your MAIN goal. It could be something like this: "I will make $1000,000,000.00". Under that, write down the goal that will directly lead to that, such as "I will make $83, 333.33 every month for one year". Below that, write down the goal that will lead to that, and so on.
You can spread the time frames out, but don't give yourself too much time. You'd be surprised.

Answer every e-mail. Always be courteous and don't try to act cool by being a jerk to people. If you get an e-mail that pisses you off, don't reply immediately. Save it for later.
Stop spending so much time on GFY.
