Face..burn some SANDALWOOD insence in your home. This will calm the spirit..if indeed you do have on in your home. They are not there to frighten you..rather, to relay a message so they may pass on to the other realm. They are kind of stuck in limbo until they pass on the message--then there souls may rest.
