We're thinking about moving into some new apartments that are being built. Rent will be $304.99, $40 fixed for elec and water, washer and drier, private bathroom, fridge and microwave in each room, study room in each apartment. Hot tub, heated pool, 24 hour gym and tanning beds. (parties rumored to be sponsored by Budweiser)
cons: gotta have 3 roommates, smaller rooms, not as private, probably won't be able to smoke weed  , moving is a bitch
