With much respect U can do what ever U want Lensman. It's Ur biz. But it's not nice to slagg 300 webmasters from a fine country like U do here without U come forward with whatever evidence U have. Actually.... It simply smells U know. Banning one little small country noone else seems to have problems with. Smells. From what? Publicity needs, little fella. No, U come forward with the site names and emails U have I will be able to trust what U say much more if so.
