Not really considering the RE market trends out here in Vegas. Resales on phase 1 of this community are selling at $310,000 already. This is the last phase and I'm praying that I get in. The home market out in Vegas is on the rise, yet it's a pain in the ass getting top placement on reservation lists. There's a VERY high demand out here.
