DCI? LOL.... AMAZING how someone can think France Russia and Germany agreed that IRAQ "had" WMDs... and dont realize that Tenet was twisting the truth (if he said it).. and should have said those countries admit of a strong possibily that IRAQ has WMDs...
Has for lying... well... we already know about Bush saying that Alquaida and Saddam were linked togheter.. without any proofs while experts agree that its very unlikely... Same thing with WMDs...
