This was what I was thinking...
Guy = God - sister did something to mom
Guy = Her deadbeat dad - Didn't want to share him with sister.
Guy = Sisters boyfriend/husband - killer liked boyfriend/husband more than sister.
Guy = Moms boyfriend/husband -- Somehow he killed the mom, or arguing with sister killed mom & he was a nice guy (killer thought)
Guy = Voice in head. Post-traumatic stress.
But in retrospect when I think of how all my past psycho ex's used to think... the answer was pretty damn obvious.
