I use to deal directly with them when I use to work at ARS. They are good people and the product is a great idea, but they had that problem of not sending the cards when they were ordered and not answering questions when they were asked about it. I remember the above non-received card incident and its exactly like he said, he didnt get the card and it seemed like they didnt really care.
