color correction is a valuable service.

and many otherwise good photographers are not that good at setting a WB.

and some lenses create color casts, and they forget to redo the WB after the lens change.

some cameras give very good color straight out of the camera (nikon d100, fuji pro, etc) and some do not (d1 is horrible, d1x still not the greatest).

if you are going to have an outside service do color correcting then do the right thing and have the model hold a standard color chart and submit a correctly exposed file with the series, then at least the colorist will have a reference point.

and if you are using the images on the web specify the desired color space as "sRGB" not "RGB"
