you dont know the whole deal, they could be paying peanuts now to settle, the use of the Playboy name in Acacia's press release is sure to drive the value of the stock up. So there is alot of bargaing power there.

Now when the patent gets invalidated due to the companies that do stand up and fight this gallant battle
The stock will crash, heads will role and Playboy will just write it off as an Expense.
