If you and other companies want to bend over and take it in the ass from extortionists, knockk yourselves out. My position is that I won't promote companies that settle, and that's the way it is. Spin it any way you want, bitch and attack those who support the fight rather than the surrender..... no skin off my ass.
But just know..... if 100 companies had of put up $5000 each for a defense fund, there is no law firm in the country that would turn down $500K and you would all have gotten a major representation in court.
