Owner of our account spoke with Verotel live support Bill. Bill checked our account and did not find anything wrong. But he told his opinion is not relevant and we can get answer only from Risk Management. He confirmed there were plenty other suspended accounts and Risk Management is busy. They work overtime but he doesn't know when they should possibly answer 4 days old emails.

Strange.
