You have me feeling like some late 18th century school marm with her ruler in hand. LOL.
I didn't mean people just messing around, god help us if that ever stopped. I was speaking of GFY "newbies" or whatever, that have came out of the wood work over the last month or so, that post these threads that are so obviously only to get the longest thread. It is so blatant and obvious that it annoys me.
I know I'm not the only one to know the posts and posters that I speak of. No need to post nicks.
As far as I'm concerned, established (or even people planning on sticking around) GFYers have a right to get silly, stupid, insolent, combative and so on, from time to time. (or at least I certainly hope so, as I haven't been banned yet LOL)
I was talking about people blatantly going after prizes with nothing to contribute to the community..that's all.
I feel like that bitch on ABC. The next post that takes away from red's auction thread, or a serious call for advice from a buddy of ours..I'm just going to post..."You ARE the weakest link...Goodbye"
BTW, I think that it is no accident that everyone that responded to this are exactly the "ol' timer, advice giving, helpful, but yet still love to have a good time GFYers" that I do so dearly love
