I just talked to someone on the phone at 1 (877) 647 1300
She told me she didn't have the files on why my sites were shut down but to email them because they are just going to respond to emails sent to whatever address listed when you log into your account telling you where to email (I can't remember what it is right now)
Also she said all money is going to be frozen for 6 months to make sure people don't start shutting down their sites and they get stuck with tons of chargebacks.
It didn't even sound like I could drop my one non-nude site and keep my nude site running with that account. I wanted to keep something running so then they would have no reason to hold my money but it seems they want me to start a new account so If they aren't even going to try and work with people to keep accounts active then I think everyones money is gone and we are screwed.
