why the hell do you want to see webmasters paying for bandwith used by crappy tgp traffic ???
if you want clean content on your site buy your own content - serve it from your own dedicated server and pay for the bandwith yourself !
in my opinion, the only place where surfers should get clean, advertising free content, are paysites.
