Mom's basement in Pittsburgh would be a heluva lot cheaper to cool than my office in Tampa, with 4 servers plus my workstation in this room, I've had to install 2 exhaust fans...and in the summer it's SpotCool time...
besides, at 41 I 'm a little too old to be hangin' in mom's basement...
