Bad call. The 2 logos look nothing a like other then the fact they are both black widow spiders.
A ton of companies, products, sites, and groups popularize the black widow as a logo in various incarnations.
Smack's design has a spider that is curved in appearance, while mcweb software's spider uses straight lines for the legs.
The mcweb software spider also has a set of noticeable eyes.
A widow spider would not be my choice for a logo however, as it's an over used symbol in logo design.
