Purchase some feeder traffic (i'm not trying to sell mine, you can get it anywhere) and then go to the Traffic Trade section of all the boards and post a thread asking for trades, and tell them you have purchased some feeder traffic. This will get you some trades.
Buy like 50-100k, and set the volume to about 5-10k per day. When you post about looking for trades, tell them you can send out up to 100 per day or more. But make sure you are purchasing productive traffic.

I'll give you an example of why people are hesitant to sign up for a trade with new sites:
I saw the thread about pornmo.com needing trades, and I signed up. I got 1 hit back from sending them 120. So I deleted them. Yeah, they're new, but in a 24 hour period, they should be doing something to get the traffic pumped.
Nothing against them, but that is just how it went down. Now, I am keeping an eye on hem, and once they get a full set of trades setup, I will be more than happy to give the site another shot.
Things move a lot faster now, and if you're not showing results in the trade game, you'll be deleted.
