Full Sail is technically in Winter Park, but not what is really considered Winter Park. So, in other words, don't look for housing that is only in Winter Park....it is more expensive. For cheap apartments in that area there is a complex that we used to live it I'm not sure what the rent runs now, but we had a 2 bedroom for 550 I think. It was a few years back. Named Oakwood Village. Also another one that is close is Sun Key. Look for stuff on University or Goldenrod (those are roads). It is really close to Full Sail.
