Well, Atkins "shit" has been around since 1972, so it's hardly a fad. Die hard low-carbers eat real, whole foods (meat and low-glycemic veggies), not fake junk food. I have been low-carbing on whole foods for 1.5 years and have lost 80 lbs. All that garbage that is labeled "low carb" is crap, just like all the shit labeled "low fat".
