They're probably busy trying to fix the problem with all their resources. If more than one server and customer is being affected, you can't really expect them to drop trying to resolve the problem for EVERYBODY so they can make a quick fix for YOU.
If moving those redirections to another server is in fact the fastest way to fix the problem, you can be assured they'll be doing that. Now let them alone to work on this, and I'm sure it'll be fixed shortly.
