Yep this is the same Brian Shuster that OWNS Xpics.

I personally believe acacia is a joke compared to what Brian will try to do to the adult web. Remember Acacia has a broad patent on video technology and they just so happened to target the adult web first.

Brian ran XPICS. He knows the adult web REAL WELL. He acquired patents to go after the adult web or sell them, which ever was more profitable. This is just one of many that he has (ie Exit Console and Banners with Sound).
