The impression I got from what people were saying awhile back was that it had something to do with verified by visa..... but I remember the speculation went as far as being the end of rebills, or the end of automated rebills etc etc.
There were people saying exact dates....
Anyone know if there is anything really big coming up with Visa sometime this month? A big convention or summit or whatever it is they have?
