There's a lot of different variants of Glögg, the one you bought probably had no/low percentage of alcohol. The ones most people in Sweden consider best is Blossa Vinglögg (alcohol like wine) and Blossa Starkvinsglögg (more alcohol). In sweden they can only be bought at the Swedish alcohol monopoly Systembolaget.
Blossa vinglögg cost 46 SEK ($6.2 )for a 750ml (25oz) bottle
Blossa starkvinsglögg cost 58 SEK ($7.8 )for a 750ml (25oz) bottle
You can contact the producer and check it they sell it in the US, it's the same company that makes Absolut vodka
