I'm no expert but I do have a 1 girl site so here's my two cents:
Like the previous poster said, personal interaction is KEY. She needs to be more than just a pretty face. They want to KNOW her. So message boards, live chat, cam shows, anything like that you can do to make the members feel like they have a personal connection will help.
Make sure your pics & video don't suck. The best thing you can do to ensure that this doesn't happen is have good lighting in my experience.
Have plenty of content & update it regularly.
I get the best feedback on my content that is a little different.... do a quirky sexy role play, pick a unique location, have fun! I try not to take myself too seriously.
As for traffic, I'm pretty useless in that department. I just set up an affiliate program in hopes of having other people send me traffic as the whole subject makes my head hurt. You'll have to pay out at least 50% to your affiliates & it helps to give them free content to promote on t heir sites (pics, video, banners, etc.)
There are TGPs, free sites, top lists, all of which someone else can probably give you more useful information about. I'm still banging my head on my keyboard.
I think 50% after costs is reasonable if you're doing all the work on the site & all the marketing. If she's going to be doing a lot of personal interaction, you should probably pay her more.
