it's not like there wasnt a REASON to have it done. ( ive seen one take place close up, they're not pretty, and it is very serious surgery, BUT there are 10 or so very experienced, highly qualified people involved in the process )
jail is harsh, yes, but..

This says she is atleast partially responsible for the childs death.
IMHO you need a better reason than scar-tissue.
