They take target shooting classes for pay increase, they take running and track for pay increase. Wieght lifting, all kinds of shit to increase their pay.
Fat cops dont make here in LA, they end up shot dead.
Out here you gotta be on your toes, and if you want to make money you better be able to shoot, and haul ass.
I think this alone is why you see LA COPS beating people up.
Quite frustrated humans they are.
But they arent donut eating fatsoes like I HAVE seen in texas, Lo9usiana and Florida,
