Bertuzzi is a pussy for pulling that shit on the ice, but it's plain to see he didn't mean for it to go as far as it did, its a freak accident.
He's already been chewed up by the league and nailed with hefty fines and a serious suspension. And I don't doubt that his team is chewing his ass out as well.
No need for criminal charges, it's hockey.
