Need some advice for people who know about vitamins
I am tired a lot, yesterday I slept probably close to 18 hours of the day, and today I came home, wathced TV for a bit and fell asleep for a few hours. I missed working out and doing anythign productive. My question is, are there any vitamins or anything like that (not speed or heroin or illegal shit) that I should take to help me have more energy? Thanks.
