You have to login 2 times to get some informtions regarding your subscribers. Their server is so slow that it times out before you can get the informations you requested.
Their customer service is so-so... Sometimes fast. Most of the time, it takes a couple of days to answer.

thank you for the info. Here is my dillema. Go with EPOCH or CCBILL and pay 13%, or go with Jettis and pay only 10%. What would you guys do?
