I would be interested to know if this tactic is employed by other webmasters who would be promoting different content.
Fortunately, (in the above instance related by TheMan) I am safe as long as the links are from sites that contain the words little and lolita or the such in their domain. I would never entertain the notion of viewing them, much less reviewing them.
I have had stuff from n/a sites get loaded on my computer without my permission. I get email spammed a cajillion times from signing up for a certain adult email service. I get java/dialer windows when I try to submit galleries to cetain TGPs.
Most of the time, I can nip any unecessary downloads before they start. I can usually get rid of unwanted software if I am careful.
This forced downloading is going to become an even bigger issue now that n/a sites have clued into this dubious marketing practice.
I hope that in the future there is a law passed that doesn't protect a user from unwanted software, but rather forces ALL software designers to have cross-platform compatible UNINSTALL programs in all their stuff.
