That is good you are not totally hiding it from her.
The sooner you be straight up with her, the sooner
you will feel better about it. Even if she is offended,
if she is a friend, she will still be your friend,
regardless of what you do for a living.
Again, this is just my 2 cents.
Personally I enjoy shock value, so I don't mind telling
anyone what I do. If they are shocked, it's fun
Even my religious father knows what I do.
Even my grandmother knows what I do.
They do not approve of course, but, they know the truth.
They get over it and life goes on.
