We tell all of our customers to get rid of the trial. The trial's are even worst than the free porn that is out there. I even saw on ebay a while back a guy that was selling a book on how to get great porn, he had many free trial, and cheap trial sites listed. Along with a program called webstripper that sucks all the pages from a site.
I have one customer that has a site that is around 5gb in size, when he first came on board with us, his traffic bill was over $4000 a month. After getting rid of the trial, and sprucing up the site, three months later he was down to $2800 in hosting, and he was making more money to boot
So the trials don't always work the way they are suppose to.
