Well this is my area of expertise, working with pay sites. So here goes.
In order to complete in todays market with the other pay sites out there, you will need to be sharp right off the bat. (which I hate to tell you this, but your not

) The site seems slow, I did a trace and all pings are sub 100ms which most likely means the server your hosting on is loaded down. Secondly you won't find many web masters wanting to send you sign ups if they don't make money when you make money. So having a $1.95 trial but not paying the refer to the web master is a no no. I would also rethink the 41.2% pay out, I realize that is 49% after ccbill takes their cut, but it still is not in line with what other smaller pay sites are giving out. Since you are not a proven site, you will have to give a little more in the beginning. You should also have your marketing kit ready to go, before making an announce 2 banners are not enough, and no free content. Make sure you add a web master refer program to the list, the best way for you to find other web masters for your program, is word of mouth, so make sure you compensate them for doing so. Without looking inside I can't tell you wether or not anyone would stay beyond the 3 day trial, but you might want to know that yourself before offering a trial. There are too many people out there that just sign up for the trial and then put a web crawler on your site, which can have it all downloaded in a matter of hours. Then you are left with no customer, and you barely have paid your bandwidth bill if your site is of any size at all in the members section. Just my 2 cents.
