agreed, our country loves locking up drug users, selling is one thing, but a user - i mean, whats locking up a person for drug users going to do..
probably the biggest problem with our system, if someone wants to do drugs and fuck up their own body - let them.
Like i said, selling is one thing, using is another - send them to rehab, fine their ass, but sending them to jail costs taxpayers along with the users.
