biglou, you have taken a few shots at me, and I'm going to tell you something, and if you listen to not one more word I say, please hear me out on this one. Then I'll walk away from you and leave you be on this........ first off, please know that I don't go on the attack of ANYONE....... in my 5 years in this business, I can literally count on one hand the number of people I have made any sort of attack on, so I am not about attacking anyone... not my way, hon. IF you see me attacking someone, I am VERY passionate about that attack and it is usually in someone's best interest other than my own.... and this is the case here. I don't feel I have attacked you, b ut I have been a bit harsh with you on some levels.
Here goes..... while I understand your thinking of "well he hasn't worked me over, so I'll deal with him" because TRUST me, I have been there and done that, when I give my loyalty, I give it pretty deep..... but I also still have my morals, and my FIRST and foremost thought has always been my affiliates, no matter WHAT company I work for or what I do, ask any affiliate that has worked with me, THEY are my #1 priority. And if anything is coming down the pipe that could hurt them, I'll go to the ends of the earth trying to make sure they are aware of what is going on... basically they know things as I know them........
Now you have a little insite on me and how I operate, then maybe you can better understand why I did everything I could do for my affiliates, and I say mine, because I recruited a LARGE majority of them on that program for 18 months...... so they were MY PEOPLE.......... I didn't beg them to come to my program, I didn't abuse that in the least, had I done this, I could see you and others being mad at me, but not ONE of them will tell you I said to come and use my program over his....... MY thing was getting them aware of what was going on and that was my concern.
OK... NOW, when it comes to you, you don't have to believe me about any of this, you have made it clear he has done nothing to YOU, but what I am telling you as a HUMAN and concerned fellow webmaster, is this.......... watch your back and watch it VERY close. If you don't want to believe it from me and Aaron, and I know Aaron can be abrasive, but he isn't trying to steer you wrong, he and I have been trying to make it clear that this is a REALLY bad situation and you can't possibly go into business without knowing this.
I have done as I have always given my word I would do, I have protected my affiliates at any and all costs to myself and anyone else....... no I am not perfect, hell I believed his game for 18 months, but we're trying to make sure that no one else is bitten here. You may THINK Rodney is the victim here, but he isn't, HE made the decisions he's made all on his own AS AN ADULT........ and I can't see allowing people to do business with this snake without at LEAST warning them........ and not ONE time have you or will you ever see me say that they should come with me........... they should just get away from HIM....... HE DID THIS!!!!
Let me repeat..... this is NOT something made up and WE didn't do this.... HE DID IT ALL....... we wouldn't have to resort to such tactics if HE had not made decisions HE made. I have WAYYYYY more info that anyone will EVER EVER see on these boards and I'd be happy to share this with you if you are still not convinced.
