Hehe, i just threw this site together over the weekend the theory here is people have camera phones, they take those phones with them out partying and other things, well why not make a pic post site where anybody could post party pictures, bar pictures, cute girls, drunk passed out friends and rate them..
nothing fancy.. just an idea..
