we have everything in place that needs to be in place should we ever decide we need to cut the rest of the world off. YES, we can be up and running with skilled labor and equiptment in less then 2 months very easily.
We already have a shitload of lumber and steel factories, hell a good bit of the steel in your country is probably FROM Pittsburgh Steel, Hoax already mentioned our oil reserves.
We're a world power for a reason, we prepare, we research, and we know what we're doing. Not bad for a country that's only a few hundred years old. How old is your country and how long have you been relying on the rest of the world to provide for you?
