Well I don't use your program...... but I may damn well start.... but I just think that if a company or person has the backbone and integrity to stand up to their own mistakes and fix them, it speaks loads to me....... there are still a LOT of awesome companies in this industry and from what I have witnessed, you seem to be one of them.

Seriously though.. I know that I am not alone when I say that I pay attention and watch how people handle the bad almost more than I pay attention of how they take the good. ANYONE can say thanks and move on, but it takes one hell of a person/company to stand up to their own mistakes and public scurtny without running for the hills, that's the easy road and some take it and some don't. I respect those who don't tremendously, as I am sure others here do as well.
