when I work out, I work out every other day and I focus on murdering certain part/group of muscles every time i go the gym (which is every other day). I would do like Legs one day than next time I go do chest/back or arms etc. All i'm saying is that ull get bigger/stronger quicker by exhuasting a different muscle group each time. I would work out for 2 hours on just my ARMS, yup just arms!
