we are more strict than most companies ive been working for in the past, including wells fargo.
one good thing is that EVERY appraisal goes through the review dept.
the basically ensures the callateral just in case ...
as long as the value is there and we hold the lein, doesnt really matter what else we allow through, we will always be protected.

the appraiser works for the broker, dont underestimate that EVER....bumped appraisals are the heart.
