I'm not talking about established programs. Seems truckloads of newer / smaller guys are gone now. Hell, just a few months ago there were 5 or so "spam me with hosting" and "spam me with CCBill sponsors" a day. Now it's odd to see 1. Just a couple of examples I've noticed. Also been a ton of small sites for sale lately from people taking off.
