Your use of the Napster logo is a clear example of trademark infringement.
It is obvious from your posting you don't have the faintest clue about modern copyright laws.
Copyright protection begins when any work is created and fixed in a tangible form. A copyright statement ? or a watermark are not required for a work to be protected.
