I dunno, personally I'm not down with the whole supplements idea at all. Not just steriods, but protien, and all the rest of that junk. You can get in shape and have a nice look naturally, it takes more time, but at least you don't have to worry about whether or not you are killing yourself or shrinking your balls. Plus I got good results from working out normally so I dont see the need to try to boost anything. I know if I put in the work I get the results.
No pain, no gain.
