sure does.. also if u get cravings.. do something that will keep you occupied - i've read studies that say strong cravings last for soemthing like 5-10 mins and if u can delay past that period by drinking water(slowly) and delaying / doing something else.. you can get past the worst of the cravings..
i've been off them for 11 months.. i used them a lot at times when i wanted a break, or was waiting for something.. they are like little rewards.. the chemicals trigger the brain to make us think we've done something good.
