Hey brah, I have no ide what the hell canibinoids are, hell even the name scares the hell out of me. When everyone reccomends to drink water, they are on the right track, at least a gallon per day, it's simple, and if you are able to do 2 then go for it. The water will flush out your system. That combined with sweating will work wonders. If you don't have a gym with a DRY Sauna, then try crawling around your rafters and dropping some Cat5 cable down to the places you wish you had highspeed access. lol I did that today and came out of the attic looking like the guy off of Vision Quest! Then again, I'm in Arizona. lol
