you are right... I should have done the tape test but couldnt find a roll anywhere. The workout I am on, max-ot, is good because you work out each bodypart equally. I hit legs just as hard as secondary muscles such as tris or bis. I normally would give back its own day, but I'm on a full schedule at school so I added a secondary group to follow (tris). Once summer is here I'll be able to go 5 days a week like I'm sposed-ta.

heres some info on max-ot... alot of reading but its broken up into weekly chunks which makes it alot easier... good reading... as a matter of fact one gfy'er tried it about 6 months ago and posted some amazing before and after pics after like 2 months on it
