Better than pictures is tape measurements, the tale of the tape is solid. Good work Most people dont hit legs or back hard enough,they are painful tought workouts. They tend to focus on the show muscles arms, shoulders and chest. You should give back its own day to hit it properly and remember if you dont feel nauseous after lifting your not intense enough.
