Please let me know who you spoke with that you felt is "clueless". Our sales team is typically very knowledgable about most aspects of the business.

Please let me know when you were dissed by PRI and what the circumstances were. We do not make any residuals or receive any payment from them and only typically refer dating sites to them as they have a good bank for that.

As far as fees go, plan on saving at least 5-8% over other processors and increase conversions 10-50%. Hooper is using us and told me he has increased his sales 40% over his other processor.
